INTERNET AND MAIL ORDER RETURNS POLICY:
Internet and Mail order returns are accepted in unworn condition and within 28 days of the customer receiving the item, however the customer will incur all postage costs unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund or replacement will be offered.

REFURBISHMENTS:
£110 inc. UK return postage
Both the sole and the heel are replaced and the shoe is re-lasted. Although shoes are polished the service does not include repairs to the uppers.
We are unable to service shoes that have been repaired by a third party
