STANDARD ENGRAVING SERVICE

Once you have ordered one of our standard engraving services - Please email Enquiries@jeffery-west.co.uk to advise the font and desired placement of the engraving on the Shoe/Boot purchased.
Once received, we will get back to you within two working days to finalise your customisation and placement.
BESPOKE ENGRAVING SERVICE
If you would like to discuss a bespoke engraving - Please contact us with your ideas and we will forward these to the artist - who will decide if the engraving is viable.
Please note: This service is by quotation only, and the artist reserves the right to decline the artwork and suggest alerations or alternatives.
The engraving service takes up to 3 weeks to be completed after artwork confirmation
(This is excluding delivery time.)
All engraved shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
N.B- This service is only available on smooth surfaces (no reptile etc.)

We do not offer next working delivery for the Engraving service.
