How do I go about returning an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days in an un-worn, same saleable condition, at your own expense. We cannot accept returns with signs of wear. Please include details of the Internet Order Number, your name and reason for return. Refunds are given less the outward postage. You are advised to send by recorded delivery and retain records. Jeffery-west cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returns from outside the EU must have customs form and. explicit label stating “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” We will NOT accept parcels that incur duty charges.
