How will my shoes be delivered and how long will they take?

Our UK couriers are DPD. These options are selectable when placing an order online:

  • Standard UK Delivery: £7.50* (1-2 days)
  • Next Working Day by 12pm: £10.00 Please note we are unable to offer this service to addresses in the following areas; offshore/non-mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), the Republic of Ireland, and parts of Northern Scotland, e.g. Aberdeen, etc.
  • Saturday by 12pm: £14.00. Please note the areas listed above are also unavailable for this service.

Our cut off point for Saturday deliveries is Friday by 12pm. Anything received after this time will not be processed until the next working day.

For Next Working Day Deliveries by 12pm, all orders must have been received the previous working day by 12pm (Mon-Fri). Anything received after this time will not be processed until the next working day.

All deliveries require a signature to be successfully delivered; if a delivery is not made, they will be returned to your local depot and rescheduled. This will be attempted only 3 times. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any delays that occur whilst in transit with the courier.

Our european and international deliveries are undertaken by DPD & UPS and usually take 7 working days from the point of dispatch.

Made to Order delivery service

Our made to order service does takes a while longer; we must allow 20-25 weeks for manufacture and customisation. Once dispatched, the usual delivery times above apply.

Please read the following disclaimers:

  • We are unable to include any delivery instructions that pertain to leaving goods unsigned for in various locations, e.g. doorstep, in the shed, in recycling boxes, etc.  If you would like us to include this information, we will require an email to stating clearly that the customer accepts liability for any loss or damages.
  • We are not accountable for any additional import or tax charges that are incurred at customs. Please be aware that these fees are the customer's responsibility. 
  • Delays experienced at local customs and immigration are beyond our control; as are any delays caused in transit. 
  • Upon ordering please provide as much contact information as possible to ensure a speedy delivery.
