How do I go about returning an item?

Standard Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days providing that items are returned un-worn and in a saleable condition. Unless there is a fault with your order, items are returned at your own expense. We cannot accept returns with signs of wear. Please ensure that when trying your shoes on, it is done so on a soft or carpeted surface, so as to avoid any scuffing/bruising of the leather sole. 

Please include details of  your internet order number, your name and your reason for returning. Only the price of the goods are refunded, not postage.

When returning and exchanging international orders please be aware that you will be charged a second set of postage for the exchanged goods.

You are advised to send by recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. Jeffery-West cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Returns from outside the EU must have customs form and an explicit label stating “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” We will NOT accept parcels that incur duty charges.

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

Orders placed during the Christmas period are subject to an extended returns policy but must be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days after Christmas Day.

Please note that all exchanges are dependent upon stock availability at this very busy time. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
